Reasonably priced place with extremely helpful staff, offering a double room with climate control, a safe, and an LCD TV, alongside a spacious bathroom and comfortable beds.

Wonderful location - taxi drivers know the place and you don't need extra efforts to explain the place. A wonderful book-store is just 50 meters away, lots of dining and shopping venues. Staff was really nice, smiley and friendly.

Breakfast could be a little bit more different each morning.

Almost everything was fairly good and pleasant. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Corridors, lobby and breakfast salon were simple but enjoyable. WiFi was good comparing to the common free internet services in hotels. Also, the location is a lively street with cafes, bars and shops, however, not that calm if you need a place to relax.

Literally, the air conditioner was just a useless noise and they did not turn on the radiators despite my requests...and I did not see any leisure facilities in the hotel.

The room had a good desk for working comfortably.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Also, the breakfast was very enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the spacious walk-in showers as mentioned in one of the reviews and the proper desk in the room to work at.

Everything was just fine and there were no significant downsides to this hotel.
